Cats are very territorial and many other animals to move into their house, take the offensive. If you have a dog, bird or small animal, you must use a special arrangement for them to live with your new pet.
If you have a dog, your cat or kitten to be hit by it, especially if the cat has never lived in a house with dogs, or dogs have been seen before. Feed the dogs, little by little. Give the dog a cat in a snoop through, so get used toeach scent. After a day or two, put the cat in his career, so you can see and smell the dog a safe place.
When you feel that it is time that your cat and let the two animals meet. Do not let them not be alone until you are sure that there will be a struggle. Some dogs and cats to learn to live together, while other issues relating to territorial boundaries, and prefer to live in separate areas of the house. You can determine if the bestdog will accept a cat as your new cat to live with a dog.
If you have a small animal, reptile, bird or fish, you might want to let them know your cat is not so. Since cats are natural hunters, they may see your guinea pig or a bird as a victim or toys.
The other pets may feel threatened and develop stress, if it comes in contact with the cat. If you give your cat access to the room where other house pets, make sure the cages or tanks that are safe and thatthe cat can do it.
